Annaliese Bratcher has held professional positions in information technology, higher education, human resources, healthcare, and business settings. As an associate professor and instructor, she taught at University of Cincinnati, University of Kentucky, Morehead State University, Bluegrass Technical and Community College, Sullivan University, and other colleges. She has experience in the public and private sectors working for Kentucky's Small Business Administration, Kentucky's Department of Policy and Budget, Mike Sounds Audio Engineering, and Wallace’s. Immediately before joining the faculty at Sullivan University, she worked directly for Chancellor (ret. Admiral) James Holsinger as the Director of the University of Kentucky's Instructional Technology Center. A corporate trainer in IT and HR for more than ten years, she was a guest presenter for SoftBank Institute, CUPA, NCUR, and other international and national organizations. Her IT certifications include Microsoft’s Train the Trainer and MOS certifications in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Recent industry experience encompasses being network hub administrator and subcontractor for uExamS. Her education includes Masters and Bachelors degrees and PhD classes from the University of Kentucky as well as a PhD classes and ABD status from Sullivan University.
