Students will support development in cultural awareness and encourage respectful interactions with a diverse community.
Valuing other cultures by understanding history, beliefs, faith, and practices to create a mutual understanding is vital as members of society. Students will support an inclusive and sustainable community, where people of all backgrounds interact compassionately.
Learning Outcomes:
Students will be able to express how their personal culture interacts with the cultural identity of others.
Students will be able to define and describe the various issues related to other backgrounds.
Students will be able to use inclusion skills to build and support a sustainable community.
