A.S. Surgical Technology

Put your meticulous attention to detail to work in the operating room. As a surgical tech, you’ll play a key role in hospitals by assisting in surgeries and supporting the surgical team. Our CAAHEP-accredited A.S. in Surgical Technology gives you a well-rounded mix of classroom, lab, and hands-on clinical experience, preparing you for the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) exam. The ARC/STSA is the only CAAHEP-recognized Committee on Accreditation for education programs in surgical technology and surgical assisting. The ARC/STSA is a private 501 (c)(3) non-profit accreditation services body providing national recognition for higher education programs in surgical technology and surgical assisting, in collaboration with the Commission on Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), in order to promote quality surgical patient care through quality education.
