We’d love to welcome you to Sullivan University for an exciting, immersive experience. With so many pathways to choose from, we have a camp that’s perfect for you. Plus, housing and food are included in the cost of the camp, so you’ll have everything taken care of.
Details
All campers will be chaperoned by Sullivan University staff. Louisville campers will get to enjoy fun activities in the evenings, such as a trip to Activate and Main Event, pool party, color wars and more.
- All campers receive a t-shirt
- Culinary and baking students receive knife set/baking set, personalized chef coat and hat, apron and towel
- Medical campers receive a Sullivan lab coat
You must be an upcoming Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduating Senior to attend our camps. Students interested in participating in our camps should complete the application form as soon as possible. Camp enrollment is first come first served and fills up quickly, register now to save your spot.

Having to work alone in the lab really helped me realize that I know a lot more than I think and the instructor (Shay and Cunha) helped me with that butchering the whole chicken definitely challenged my skill level.

Med Camp gives you the opportunity to experience a variety of popular healthcare careers. You’ll work with Sullivan University’s instructors in our medical labs to participate in unique, hands-on activities that will help you discover the medical career that inspires you most.

If you’re passionate about food and the science behind it and want an experience that is out of this world, then this camp is for you! Sullivan University is proud to partner with NASA and their HUNCH Culinary program to bring an exciting week of learning and discovery revolving around how food is produced for space. At the conclusion of this week, students will be able to return to their schools and be a champion for the National HUNCH Culinary Challenge competition. Each year the National HUNCH Culinary Challenge sends one participating school’s food to the International Space Station!
