Lisa received her Bachelors of Science degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Louisville in 1997. She received a Master’s in Public Management from Sullivan University in 2015. Lisa holds a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based (CCS-P) from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

Lisa has been teaching online classes since 2012 and assumed the role of Program Director of the Health Information Management and Medical Coding programs in 2015.
