BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Hayes obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2010. Following graduation, Dr. Hayes completed a pharmacy practice residency at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. After completion of his residency, he accepted a position as a clinical pharmacist in the Center for Women and Infants at the University of Louisville Hospital, with a focus in neonatal intensive care.
Dr. Hayes joined the faculty at Sullivan University in 2014 and practices as an ambulatory care pharmacists at the University of Louisville Ambulatory Internal Medicine clinic. He is active in both state and national organizations and has been elected or appointed to multiple positions. Dr. Hayes has served as President, Board of director and chair of public policy committee for Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Delegate for the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and co-chair and chair of governmental affairs for the Kentucky Pharmacists Association.
