The College of Hospitality Studies at Sullivan University offers continuing education courses for culinary and hospitality instructors at the following:

  • Area career training centers
  • Early college and career training centers
  • High schools with two- and three-year programs in hospitality and culinary
Your participation in the program allows you the opportunity to earn CEUs and credit hours.

Schedule

The CHS High School Teacher Learning Program features weekend classes that easily fit your busy schedule. Courses begin on Friday evenings at 1pm EST and the last class finishes Sunday at 2pm EST.

These highly motivated programs consist of 45 minute and 1.5 hour classes over the course of the weekend. The programs start and finish at Sullivan University’s Louisville campus, July 12-14, 2019.

Sullivan University’s College of Hospitality Studies annually recognizes the top 50 secondary school hospitality programs in the nation. These outstanding programs set the standard for secondary school training in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, and/or hospitality management, and receive special privileges such as local publicity, chef representative assistance and half off one teacher training/CEU class at Sullivan.
