Dr. Lindsey Smith was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2016 with Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health dual degrees. She went on to complete a PGY1 in Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 in Ambulatory Care at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. During residency, she served as a liaison for the Indiana Pharmacy Teaching Certificate Program from 2016-2017 and the Chief Resident of her site’s residency program from 2017-2018.
Dr. Smith joined the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy faculty in 2018. Her practice site is at the Louisville VA Medical Center’s Newburg location in the geriatric clinic.
