Sullivan University is currently not authorized to provide distance education courses or programs to students in American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Republic of Palau. Therefore, we have not determined if our programs may lead to licensure in these territories. If you are a student from any of these territories and are interested in applying to a distance education program, please contact the Senior Director for Compliance and Licensing, so our office can research the requirements for state authorization and licensure. Sullivan University is authorized to provide distance education in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico under the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA).

The Sullivan University Community Pharmacy Certificate and Pharmacy Technician Diploma programs meet licensure requirements in American Samoa.
Coursework (excluding Clinical Rotations) for the Sullivan University Master of Science Physician Assistant program only takes place in Kentucky locations. The Sullivan University Master of Science Physician Assistant program meets the educational requirements for licensure in American Samoa.
