NCHS WELCOMES DISTINGUISHED VISITING CHEF VENDEVILLE

The Distinguished Visiting Chef series is a great perk for students in Sullivan University’s National Center for Hospitality Studies (NCHS). Each quarter, Sullivan students have an opportunity to gain tips, techniques and recipes from famous chefs who visit campus and demonstrate their skills.

On Thursday, August 14, Executive Pastry Chef Jean Yves Vendeville visited Sullivan’s Louisville campus and prepared two sugar showpieces. Chef Vendeville is the department head of the Culinary Institute at Savannah Technical College, and is the American Culinary Federation’s Chef Educator of the Year (2014) for the Southeast Region.
