CULINARY STUDENTS PARTICIPATE AT INCREDIBLE FOOD SHOW

On Saturday, October 11, Sullivan University’s Lexington campus once again participated in the Kentucky Proud Incredible Food Show at Rupp Arena in Lexington. In its sixth year, the Incredible Food Show is an opportunity for students to gain valuable experience, network, and have a fun time competing against one another.

As in years past, Sullivan served breakfast to the 350 show patrons. The students also assisted celebrity Chef Ree Drummond, the “Pioneer Woman,” with prepping for two demonstrations.

To close the show out, students participated in the 6th Annual Rumble at Rupp. Using a mystery basket of items, the students (in teams of two) whipped up a delicious entree for a panel of judges composed of their peers. Congratulations to Chloe Dykes and Dane Wright for taking first place!
