Baking and Pastry Arts Competition Team Brings Home Awards

Sullivan University’s Louisville campus would like to congratulate the Baking and Pastry Arts Competition Team for winning three silver medals, two bronze medals, and two diplomas at the American Culinary Federation’s Midwest Culinary Institute Competition in Cincinnati, OH this past weekend. The team, alongside Chef Derek Spendlove, practiced diligently in all different categories for the competition. They presented pieces in Hot Dessert, Chocolate, Pastillage, and Work in Fat. Sullivan is very proud of the team and their outstanding accomplishments. They are excellent representatives of The Sullivan University System. Congratulations to them all!
