WHO WE ARE
School is stressful. That’s a given. Factor in stress from your life—homework, relationships, finances and everything else—and it can be overwhelming to say the least. Sometimes venting to friends or just dealing with it on your own isn’t enough. When times get tough and you’re not sure where to turn, try the Student Counseling and Mental Health Center.
We’re here to provide the support and guidance you need to effectively manage stress or cope with difficult life events. Sometimes talking through a problem or getting another person’s perspective on an issue can make all the difference.
In keeping with Sullivan University’s career focus, The Student Counseling and Mental Health Center helps you stay on track both at school and at work, all while encouraging you to become the best possible you. Our goal is to provide the support you need to be successful.
HOW IT WORKS
All Sullivan University students are allotted seven free meetings with the licensed counselor for a given issue over the course of an academic year (9 months), with referrals available as needed.
Our small group discussion sessions are always free and your participation does not count toward any of your seven sessions.
