A Behind the Scenes Glimpse of Experts in Action
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to work in a professional kitchen or wanted a behind the scenes glimpse of the hotel industry? Sullivan University’s Hospitality Program has a new event that will showcase the ins and outs of these exciting professions.
The Hospitality Shadow is an opportunity for prospective students to come shadow experts in the hospitality field. On February 7th, 2020, from 9am – 3pm, Students can come to campus to spend a morning in the kitchens with our chefs and learn new culinary or baking and pastry skills, then eat lunch with our admissions officers and chefs.
For students interested in Hotel and Restaurant Management, there will be an opportunity to tour a local hotel and see the hospitality business in action.
The shadow will take place at our Louisville and Lexington campuses (Lexington’s event will be limited to culinary students only), and space is limited to the first 30 students.
