National Center for Hospitality Studies

Chef David Moeller has been a chef instructor at Sullivan University’s National Center for Hospitality Studies in Louisville for 19 years. In 1996, he opened Winston’s Restaurant, a three and a half star restaurant on the Sullivan’s campus, as executive chef. Chef Moeller’s work has been featured in several periodicals, such as Chef Magazine, Southern Living and Chicago Magazine, and on many local television news stations, demonstrating his talent and love of the culinary profession.
