Kathleen Gosser is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Sullivan University and the Master’s of Human Resources program at the University of Louisville.  Teaching is her avocation of choice. Kathleen has been with KFC Corporation (YUM Brands) since 1984. She has held roles in operations, including the leadership of customer satisfaction programs, operations measurement, and recognition as well as leading day-to-day restaurant operations with P&L responsibility. She is currently in HR leading training and readiness, which includes leading all training initiatives and leadership development to the 4,500 KFC U.S. restaurants.
