Chef Danielle Gleason is a part of the planning and execution of Sullivan University’s Culinary Camp and Baking & Pastry Arts Camp. She has worked with Lactalis Food Service, a U.S. owned cheese company that envelops many food service and retail cheese companies. She has spoken locally and nationally on cheese and beer and food pairings. Additionally, she has been a food stylist for Food and Dining and KY Monthly, and has appeared on the local television shows ­Secrets of Louisville Chefs and Good Morning Kentuckiana with Terry Meiners. Chef Gleason maintains awareness of local farmer’s markets and volunteers with other local chefs to cook and showcase products grown by Alford Farms. She also volunteers her time at charities such as the Gilda House, Salvation Army and Table of Plenty. She holds a Servsafe Proctor/ Instructor Certification and was American Culinary Federation Secretary 2005-2008 and a Knowledge Bowl coach in 2004.
