Dr. Russell E. Fail is an instructor in the school of General Education and has been teaching ethics at Sullivan University since 2006. Dr. Fail began his teaching career in 2002 and has taught in the fields of business ethics, religion, logic and research. His area of research is business ethics, focusing on the use of child psychology in marketing efforts. He is also an active member of various academic societies and regularly presents at conferences in the field of humanities.
