The areas of study and research Dr. Adam Evans is most involved in are adult education methods, entrepreneurship and best practices in the field of human resources. Dr. Evans previous served as an academic and career advisor at the University of Kentucky, in addition to being a part-time instructor at Sullivan University. Now, in a full-time capacity, Dr. Evans is a part of the graduate faculty for Sullivan University and serves as the coordinator for the graduate program at the Lexington campus.

What Dr. Evans enjoys most about teaching is that he can guide and encourage the learners to think outside the box and grasp a new concept or find a unique passion for knowledge. The strategies he uses to help his learners succeed are interactive and often humorous discussions of real life and relevant, everyday scenarios immediately applicable to the workplace.
