Gina Deveary

Early Childhood Education

Gina Deveary has worked in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) field for over 30 years, and has been an adjunct member of the Sullivan ECE faculty for the last five years. She’s served 10 years as the early intervention specialist at the local Child Care Resource and Referral Agency, as well as Indiana First Steps service coordinator, director of Head Start, and other preschool programs. She worked as an instructor and representative for the CDA program on the national level. Gina has held a Kentucky Early Childhood Trainer’s Credential since 2004.

Gina co-founded the Sensory Processing Disorder Support Group in 2006 with local occupational therapists and parents in Louisville. Through the years, Gina has presented at conferences at the local, state, and national level.
