Become a cake boss with a Professional Baker diploma.

The Professional Baker program at Sullivan University's National Center for Hospitality Studies offers you a quick, streamlined approach to an entry-level position within the baking profession. By the time you graduate, you'll have a working knowledge of procedures, ingredients and other knowledge used in successfully functioning baking environments. Culinary skills taught include preparing yeast bread and breakfast pastries, pies, cookies and other baked goods, both in large and small quantities.

You will have the opportunity to study in numerous on-campus labs, as well as the university's fully equipped retail bakery, The Bakery, located adjacent to the campus.
