Community Pharmacy Practice Resident
Dr. Jackson obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2013. She is currently a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Practice Resident with Medica Pharmacy in Bardstown, KY. As part of her training she will be providing Medication Therapy Management (MTM), immunization services, anticoagulation management, diabetes management, and other patient care services. Dr. Jacksonâ€™s professional interests include diabetes, anticoagulation, and natural medicine. She has in addition, a strong interest in ambulatory care. Dr. Jackson primarily has experience working in community pharmacy and upon completion of this residency she plans to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist in the outpatient setting.
