Biography
Dr. Cleary obtained his A.D. in Electronic Engineering from the Kentucky College of Technology in 1985, his B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Louisville in 2000 (Summa Cum Laude), and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Louisville in 2005 and 2007, respectively. During his tenure at the University of Louisville, Dr. Cleary performed graduate research, focusing on the study of kinetics between blood coagulation factors and their substrates. He has also published articles (4) and abstracts (2), and has served as an instructor at RETS and the National Education Center, as well as assistant instructor at the University of Louisville. He received a first place poster prize in March 2003 from the Institute for Molecular Diversity and Drug Design, and a second place poster prize in July 2001 from Kentuckiana Undergraduate Research Symposium. He was also a Graduate Chemistry Fellow from 2001-2002 at the University of Louisville.
