Biography

Christen Schenkenfelder is a native of Louisville, and a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. Christen has a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky. As an intern in the dietetics program in college she had nutrition guides published through the University of Kentucky Extension Office, as well as presenting food safety tips for a local news station. Christen has stayed active in her sorority as an alumna advisor and as a representative at national conferences. She has been working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in retail pharmacy for the last 7 years. Christen currently enjoys teaching at Sullivan and is excited about taking on her new position as Director of the Pharmacy Technician Program.
