Student Society of Health-System Pharmacy/Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SSHP/KSHP)

Mission Statement:

The SUCOP SSHP shall adopt the mission and objectives of the Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists (KSHP):

To assist KSHP members in the provision of pharmaceutical care in organized health care settings throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

In addition, SUCOP SSHP shall have the following mission:

The mission of SUCOP SSHP is to make students aware of pharmacy practice in health systems; provide information to students about career directions in and credentials needed for pharmacy practice in health systems; and encourage membership and participation in KSHP and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) as a student and upon graduation.
