Admissions Process (Lexington)

Steps in the admissions process vary depending on your status as a student.

For students who have never attended Sullivan University before:

• Complete an application for admission to Sullivan University
  • Apply online. Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted by the Admissions Office to complete the admissions process
  • If you would like to schedule an on-campus appointment to complete an application, contact the admissions office at (859) 276-4357 / 800-467-6281 slxadmission@suscorp.edu
• Complete an application for Veterans Benefits.

Students who attended Sullivan University in the previous quarter (Continuing students):

• Register for classes. If you have questions regarding this process, please contact the Academic Services at (859) 514-7620 / 800-476-6281 ext. 7620 or email aemoore@sullivan.edu
• The Sullivan University Military Benefits Coordinator will complete your Enrollment Verification and submit it to the Veterans Administration
• Students must verify their enrollment each month to receive payment for that month. Enrollment can be verified on the last calendar day of the month using Veterans’ Web Automated Verification of Enrollment (WAVE) at https://www.gibill.va.gov/wave or by calling the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone line at 1-877-823-2378

Students who are returning to Sullivan University after not attending for one or more quarters (Re-entry Students):

• Notify Sullivan University’s Student Enrollment Manager at lshouse@sullivan.edu or (859) 514-7620 / 800-467-6281 ext. 7620
• Register for classes through the Student Enrollment Manager
• Notify Sullivan University’s Military Benefits Coordinator of re-entry at jhaight@sullivan.edu or (859) 514-7620 / 800-467-6281 ext. 7620
• The Sullivan University Military Benefits Coordinator will complete your Enrollment Verification and submit to the Veterans Administration
• Students must verify their enrollment each month to receive payment for that month.
