SULLIVAN UNIVERSITY AND ACTIVE HEROES PRESENT SEMINARS

On June 12, the first Sullivan University seminars will be offered to military families at the Active Heroes Military Family Retreat. The camping program at the retreat is part of the Kentucky National Guard Resilience Training, designed to foster the ability to bounce back from adversity and grow in the face of challenges by focusing on benefits of self awareness, self regulation, optimism, mental flexibility and community/family/organizational connection.
