SULLIVAN REGISTRAR RIDES IN BIKE TO BEAT CANCER
Cycling is a hobby of Kim Mitchell, the registrar at Sullivan University’s Louisville campus. Recently she participated in the 35-mile leg of the Norton Cancer Institute’s Bike to Beat Cancer. This year, Kim rode to honor her 90-year-old grandmother Roberta H. Wales, who is a two-time cancer survivor. Bike to Beat Cancer is especially important to Kim, who lost another grandmother, Lora B. Peyton Styles, to cancer in 2002.
