Sullivan University and the National Center for Hospitality Studies (NCHS) are excited to welcome Certified Master Chef Steve Jilleba as a distinguished lecturer. Students may remember him as a past distinguished visiting chef. Chef Jilleba will be on campus with students between two and four weeks per year and will travel between labs. NCHS is excited about the knowledge and professionalism that Chef Jilleba will bring to the classroom to benefit its students.
Chef Jilleba joined Unilever Food Solutions in March 1999 and currently holds the position of corporate executive chef for North America. He graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 1977 and has since held numerous positions in hotels and other fine dining establishments around the globe. Chef Jilleba has an extensive background in culinary competitions and has won a variety of awards. Some competition highlights include competing in three International Culinary Olympic competitions and winning an impressive nine gold medals.
