CULINARY STUDENTS PARTICIPATE AT LEXINGTON FARMER’S MARKET

Every summer, the Culinary program at Sullivan University’s Lexington campus participates in monthly demonstrations at the Lexington Farmer’s Market. The students and chefs arrive early to purchase fresh products for their demonstration that day. These demos showcase what home cooks can make with local foods and products, and the participants enjoy the freshly prepared tastings. Sullivan is proud to support the outstanding efforts of the Lexington Farmer’s Market to bring locally grown food to home kitchens.
