The applicant must agree to enroll or be enrolled at College of Hospitality studies at Sullivan University.
The award amount will be $5,000 and awarded and annually to five (5) recipients and is non-renewable.
Applicant must have filed for Financial Aid and have an estimated award letter on file with the financial planning office at Sullivan University.
Applications are accepted at any time but are reviewed and awarded in January and June of each year by the designated committee members. The application expires after the committee review.
The applicant is responsible to ensure accuracy of the application and all supporting documentation.
Culinary Arts Certificate
This Certificate of Culinary Arts is a quick approach to an entry-level position in the ever-expanding food service industry. Students will be prepared for entry-level back of house positions in a wide variety of hospitality settings. This Certificate will ready a student to enter/ Stair-step into the Associate of Science in the Culinary Arts program.

Restaurant Studies Certificate
This Certificate is a quick, straight-line approach to an entry-level position in the ever-expanding food service industry. It is designed to give students working knowledge of the policies, procedures, and industry-specific knowledge needed to successfully enter the food service industry. Students will be prepared for entry-level front of house positions in restaurants, contract feeding and event operations. This Certificate, if desired, will ready you to enter the Associate of Science in Hospitality and Event Management.
