Gardiner Point Expanding
54-room addition to open in late summer

Opening the Summer of 2010 to rave reviews, Gardiner Point has quickly changed the perception of student housing. Offering a full service dining facility, open seven days a week, on-site convenience store, student lounge, study areas, wireless internet, heated outdoor pool, recreation area, fitness center, video game room, and mini-movie theater, Sullivan University’s Gardiner Point Residence Hall is now expanding to meet the growing demand of students wanting to experience the wonderful facility.
Work has begun on the new 54-room, 108 bed expansion, and construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of August, in time for the start of Sullivan’s Fall 2011 quarter. The estimated $2.5 million expansion will increase capacity from 403 to 511 beds. While mostly used by incoming freshman and sophomores from across the United States, Gardiner Point has also been utilized as temporary housing for the school’s growing international student base.
