Dr. Webb is an Adjunct Instructor for Sullivan University. He has taught for Sullivan University since 2012. Dr. Webb also has over 22 years of professional service within the Department of Defense (DoD) providing Organizational Management, Information Assurance (IA), Enterprise Security Engineering, Policy and Governance, and Network Operations Center Management. Possess a comprehensive set of skills that include personnel management, policy development, risk management, strategic planning and mission coordination through dedicated leadership. Adept at teaching, mentoring, providing hands-on leadership, analytical decision making, and problem solving within a highly dynamic workplace through an balanced approach of technical and managerial perspectives.
As a Department of the Army Civilian, Dr. Webb serves as the Director, Network Enterprise Center (NEC), Fort Campbell, Ky. The NEC provides Information Technology and Telecommunications Services to more than 33,000 Soldiers, Civilian Employees and Contractors working on Fort Campbell, Ky. As the senior IT manager and Director, NEC, he directly oversees the short and long range capital planning of the Fort Campbell IT infrastructure modernization, sustainment, and maintenance programs. He manages an IT budget which encompasses organizational IT equipment, contracts, material requirements, purchases, training, and salaries.
He is responsible for the recruitment and supervision of a culturally diverse workforce, promoting personal and professional growth through career counseling, mentoring, and professional development training programs.
As an advocate of education, Dr. Webb is an Adjunct instructor for several Universities to include Sullivan University, University of Phoenix, and Hopkinsville Community College. Dr. Webb also continues to enhance his personal knowledge by taking Graduate/Post Graduate courses through MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Open Courseware. Courses include Optimization Methods, Information Theory, and Principles of Wireless Communications.
