Dr. Laurie Kwiedorowicz

INSTRUCTOR

My name is Laurie Kwiedorowicz and I graduated from the Conflict Management graduate program in June 2012. My educational background is in business and chemistry. I've been employed by the Department of Defense for 30 years; first as a project manager, and currently as an employment law attorney. Sullivan's curriculum made a huge difference in my approach to practicing employment law and I found something to apply to my practice from every course. Like many of the students I've interacted with in the last several years, I am happy to find that conflict management is now a bona fide field of study and that it is very compatible with other occupational fields.

My interest in the conflict management field goes back 15 years. I currently am involved in several local volunteer efforts as a mediator and ombudsman. These opportunities keep me engaged and enthusiastic about the field of conflict management.
