Dr. Margie V. Gallo

Dean of General Education/Professor

Dr. Margie Gallo is Dean of the General Education Department and a Professor of Mathematics. Dr. Gallo joined Sullivan University in 1998 and served a Chair of the Mathematics Department until 2011 when she accepted the position of Dean. Prior to joining the Sullivan faculty, Dr. Gallo taught at institutions throughout Louisville.

Dr. Gallo holds a bachelor's and master's degree in education from Bellarmine University. Dr. Gallo earned her doctorate from Spalding University in leadership. Her dissertation was "A Quantitative Study of Online and On Campus Statistics Courses". Dr. Gallo has a passion for teaching and working with students.
