Cyber Security refers to any number of policies and practices, processes and technologies that exist to protect networks, computers, programs and data from attack, damage or unauthorized access. Computers are very powerful and useful when connected to networks and the Internet, but the Internet has an open architecture. In Sullivan's Cyber Security program, you'll learn to secure part of the Internet for use.

The master's program would appeal to those with a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, as well as mid-level managers and professionals or those with an interest in law/enforcement programs.

The program covers the core competencies in information security assessments, including monitoring and auditing of computer implementations and networks.
