Appeals Suspension Appeal Procedures and Information

For students that have been suspended from Sullivan University -Your first opportunity to initiate your suspension appeal will be in week five of the term preceding the term for which you are seeking re-enrollment.

*Students seeking immediate re-entry, to maintain consecutive term enrollment without sitting out of school one or more terms, will be notified over the quarter break and will have that opportunity to appeal*

• If you are seeking re-enrollment for the Summer 2013 term which begins June 24, 2013, appeals will be accepted beginning April 22, 2013.
•  If you are seeking re-enrollment for the Fall 2013 term which begins September 23, 2013, appeals will be accepted beginning July 22, 2013.
• If you are seeking re-enrollment for the Winter 2014 term which begins January 06, 2014, appeals will be accepted beginning October 21, 2013.
•  If you are seeking re-enrollment for the Spring 2014 term which begins March 25, 2014, appeals will be accepted beginning February 03, 2014.
